Terrence Robinson is a cross-functional leader, strategic planner, and organization development professional with more than 13 years of diverse business experience. He previously served as Director of Business Development for Cuyahoga Community College, where he helped design and deliver customized training programs in conjunction with clients and partners. Robinson holds a Master’s in Business Administration as well as a Master’s of Science degree from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. In addition, Robinson is certified in Lean Six Sigma and plays an active role on the boards of Friendly Inn Settlement Inc. and Breakthrough Charter Schools.

As President and CEO of MAGNET, Ethan Karp brings his wide range of experiences to drive economic prosperity in Northeast Ohio through innovation and invention. Prior to joining MAGNET in 2013 as Vice President of Client Services and Marketing, he worked with Fortune 500 companies as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Co. and worked on topics ranging from growth strategy to operations improvement. A trained scientist with many disciplines, Karp received his undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and physics from Miami University as well as a Ph.D in chemistry from Harvard. He currently resides in Cleveland with his family and sits on the boards of Gross Schechter Day School, Congregation Shaarey Tikvah, and MidTown Cleveland Inc.
